Operating in a highly specialised and demanding environment, efficient storage is an important part of the business's day to day operation.
For this project, the brief was already clear. VMS Solutions had designed the system they wanted and went to market looking for the right supplier to deliver it.

The Solution
Delivered to the client's exact specification
Working directly from VMS Solutions' drawings and specifications, Used Racking UK supplied, delivered and installed 95 bays of Used Link 51 pallet racking, providing a practical storage solution tailored to the requirements of the operation.
The installation comprised 101 frames, standing 4,000mm high and 900mm deep, alongside 320 beams measuring 2,700mm, each rated to 1,000kg per beam pair.
Everything required to complete the installation was supplied as part of the project, including shims, locking pins, floor bolts and load signage.
A scissor lift was also supplied to support the installation process, helping ensure the project could be completed efficiently and safely.

The completed installation delivers exactly what VMS Solutions set out to achieve: a straightforward, efficient pallet racking system built around its existing requirements.
