With production and storage demands growing, the client needed additional capacity quickly, while ensuring the new installation would integrate seamlessly with its existing APR system.

The Solution
Ready to go, ready to grow
With suitable equipment already available from stock, Used Racking UK was able to supply, deliver and install 46 bays of Used Link 51 pallet racking, providing the additional capacity the client needed without the lead time associated with new equipment.
The installation combines frames up to 8,500mm high and 1,100mm deep, alongside 542 beams across three different lengths and load capacities to suit the client's requirements.
To create practical picking levels throughout the system, the installation was completed with new rough sawn, open boarded timber decking, providing a robust surface for accessible storage and picking.
The new racking was designed to integrate with the client's existing APR system, creating a seamless extension to the existing storage setup.
