The result was a new adjustable pallet racking system providing 2,544 additional pallet locations while making efficient use of the available warehouse footprint.
The Solution
Used Racking UK designed and installed a new adjustable pallet racking system using used Link 51 pallet racking.
The installation comprised four double runs, including three 11 bay runs and a further 20 bay double run. With ground level plus six beam levels, the system maximised the available warehouse space while providing the additional storage capacity Clifton Packaging required.
The project was completed within just a few weeks of the initial enquiry, giving Clifton access to the additional capacity without the lengthy lead times typically associated with new racking equipment.
The solution included:

106 bays across four double runs
Ground level plus six beam levels
Used Link 51 adjustable pallet racking
